CERA RUST CONVERTER is based on a rust transformation high breed polymer rust converting system. Initially on application it dissolves rust uniformly and within 3-t5 hours forms a corrosion resistance film, on drying forms an appealing dark grey film which is of zero-rust remaining with excellent rust prevention.
