CERA Self Level EP  Epoxy Topping System is a self-leveling flooring system that canbe applied in thicknesses varying from 600 microns up to 3 mm, which forms a dense impervious aesthetically pleasing floor for industrial applications.

Function:

• Cera self level EP when hardened by the reaction of Epoxy resins and hardener becomes very hard and has high resistance to abrasion. The hardened system is extremely chemical resistant as well as exhibits high flexural and tensile strengths.

• Cera Self Level EP is suitable for all types of cement based floors in industries as well as plasters, asbestos cement, Iron and steel.
• Cera Self Level EP is ideal for use in clean rooms, laboratories, electronic industries, food processing industries, plant rooms etc.

Method Of Application:

• Surface preparation:
• Cera Self Level EP shall be applied only on sound surface free of dust, oil, grease, cement contaminants etc which can adversely affect uniform adhesion.

Priming:

• To ensure positive bond between the concrete surface and Cera
• Self Level EP it is necessary to prime the surface using Cera
• Primer EP.
• Mix proportion of Cera Primer EP
• Part A: Part B = 2:1

Mixing And Application:

• Mix thoroughly the components of Cera Self Level EP in a plastic bucket and pour on to the surface. Assist the leveling by means of spatula or squeeze to the required coating thickness. Cera
• Self Level EP can be applied for thicknesses varying from 600 microns to 3mm. A spiked roller shall be used to remove excess air and to assist leveling of the material.

Coverage:

• 17 Kg unit of Cera Self Level EP will cover 7.5 m2 for 1 mm thickness.
• Cera Primer EP will cover 6 – 7 Sqm/ Kg /coat

Shelf Life:

• Cera Self Level EP can be stored for 6months in sealed packs.

Health & Safety:

• Avoid contact with skin for prolonged period. Any contact with eye, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
