CERA PROOF IWP is a liquid waterproofing admixture, which can be used in concrete and cementmortar to reduce the water demand and also improve the impermeability of concrete. It alsoaids in eliminating shrinkage cracks and debonding issues while using M-Sand by making it cohe-sive & preventing segregation.

CERA MICROSEAL Polymer Cement Modifier is a specially formulated co-polymer based integral waterproofing compound for cement mortar and concrete, which will reduce the water demand and improve impermeability.

Function:

• Cera Microseal is a superior cement modifier, modified with selected co-polymers. The polymers form an interpenetrating film around the cement hydration products, which increases the water retention and bonding characteristics of mortar and concrete. The polymer particles also impart a ball-bearing effect to the mortar/concrete, aiding in increased workability.
• Cera Microseal being a free flowing polymer penetrates into the cavities of the concrete and acts as a barrier to prevent the leakage of water. It coats the internal pores and channels of cementitious mixes, thus producing a dense and impermeable material.

Uses:

• Cera Microseal can be used wherever mass concrete is specified for below grade constructions such as basement walls, floor, foundation and swimming pools and grade structures like retaining walls,storage tanks, etc where normal hydrostatic pressure exist.

• Cera Microseal shall be mixed and thoroughly dispersed with dry Portland cement and fine aggregate before adding the gauging water.
