Function:
- Ceraplast 200 helps to reduce the excess water used in concrete, which is undesirable because of void formation, shrinkage, cracking, bleeding, segregation and increased permeability.
- Concrete with Ceraplast 200 is easily workable and produces a dense concrete structure.
Uses:
- Ceraplast 200 increases the workability of concrete - particularly beneficial for pumped or pneumatically placed concrete, and for concreting in heavily reinforced structures.
- Ceraplast 200 reduces the total amount of water in the mix by about 8 - 15 % and improves the strength of the hardened concrete without adversely affecting its initial workability.
- Ceraplast 200 reduces chances of concrete bleeding and segregation.
- Ceraplast 200 reduces the cement (and consequently the water) content of the mix, achieves the same workability and strength as with an untreated mix, at a lower cost.
Method Of Use:
- Ceraplast 200 can be directly added into the mix at the same time as the gauging water. Reduce water dosages for required consistency.
Compatability:
- Ceraplast 200 may be used with most Portland Cements including the sulphates resisting type. No harmful effect on reinforcing or pre-stressing steel.
Specification Compliance:
- Conforms to ASTM C 494 - 98 Type A, IS 9103 : 1999 & BS 5075 PART 1.

Function:
- Cera Microseal is a superior cement modifier, modified with selected co-polymers. The polymers form an interpenetrating film around the cement hydration products, which increases the water retention and bonding characteristics of mortar and concrete. The polymer particles also impart a ball-bearing effect to the mortar/concrete, aiding in increased workability.
- Cera Microseal being a free flowing polymer penetrates into the cavities of the concrete and acts as a barrier to prevent the leakage of water. It coats the internal pores and channels of cementitious mixes, thus producing a dense and impermeable material.
Uses:
- Cera Microseal can be used wherever mass concrete is specified for below grade constructions such as basement walls, floor, foundation and swimming pools and grade structures like retaining walls,storage tanks, etc where normal hydrostatic pressure exist.
- Cera Microseal, when incorporated with cement mortar gives tighter joints in bricks, stone and all types of masonry construction.
- Cera Microseal reduces the permeability of Portland cement mortar mixes, making it an ideal choice for screed mortars.
- Cera Microseal acts as a water resistant compound which reduces the capillary action and minimizes the entry and transmission of water.
- Cera Microseal in conjunction with corrosion inhibiting admixture Ceraplast CI 100 is recommended for use in structures requiring Sulphate resisting properties.
