CERAPOXY- 63 PRO ECO is a specially modified water based, two component epoxy resin based tile joint grout supplied in preweighed measures suitable for grouting tile joints in commercial, residential and industrial areas, especially on exposed exterior areas.

FUNCTIONSCERAPOXY PRO ECO when mixed and applied as a tile grouting material will form a chemical resistant and hygienic joint of exceptional properties like antibacterial, acid, alkaline and high abrasion resistance. It is also called Germ Proof Grout. Being a water based epoxy tile grout, it has an edge over other epoxy grouts. It can be applied even in the presence of moisture which is very critical in epoxy application. Because of its high UV stability, it can also be used in exposed areas. It is supplied in a variety of colors and the aesthetics of the tiled area will improve dramatically.

USAGES■ Highly useful for grouting all types of ceramic and vitrified tiles.■ Recommended for use in pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets where the hygienic surface is mandatory.■ Can be used for grouting acid resistant tiles, marble, granite, kota stones, etc.,■ Ideal for use in industries where chemical resistant grout is required.■ Good for using areas exposed to sunlight.

CERA BOND 28 Tile Adhesive is the ideal bonding material for fixing vitrified and ceramic floor and wall tiles, as well as marble, stone claddings of small and medium size applications. It possesses many advantages over the conventional cement sand mortar.

Uses:

• Cerabond 28 can be used on cementitious screed and on cementitious self leveling floors.

• Cerabond 28 is ideally suitable for porous and non-porous old tiles on walls.

Method Of Application:

• Surface Preparation: All laitance, oil, grease etc, shall be cleaned by grinding, wire brushing, chipping, sand blasting, high pressure water jet or chemical etching. Any uneven surfaces shall be finished level using Cera Latex SBR modified mortar.
• Mixing and application: The water: tile fixing mortar ratio is 1:3. The mixing shall be done gradually by hand trowel or with a slow speed mixer to make a smooth, uniform consistent mix. Ensure while mixing mechanically control the water ratio. After mixing, allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes for it to mature. Do not add excess water. Remix the paste before applying. Apply the mixture over the surface using the straight edge of the notched trowel and comb the applied tile fixing mortar using the notched side of the trowel to achieve a uniform thickness.
• Knotch trowel of 6 - 10 mm can be used as per the tile requirement. Proper care should be taken to ensure coverage of the tile surface for suitable adhesion. The tile or stone shall then be pressed into the tile fixing mortar for fixing. Rubber hammer or wooden roller shall be used for tapping all four corners of the tile and centered which will enable the entrapped air to be released and spread the tile fixing mortar evenly. It also helps better binding between the tile and the substrate

• 12 months in sealed & stored in dry condition.

Health & Safety:

• Avoid contact with skin for prolonged period. In case of any contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
