FUNCTIONS:

METHOD OF USE
APPLICATION:
CERA WALL PRIMER shall be applied directly with a good quality brush or roller on to the clean finished putty surface. Stir the primer well before use. While applying on plastered surfaces any imperfections such as cracks, blow holes, dents, etc., shall be filled and finished with suitable cementitious system.
CERA POLYCRACK FILLER or white cement admixed with CERA LATEX SBR can be used for the surface preparation. While painting old surfaces care shall be taken to remove fungus, algae, moss or any deleterious matters from the surface to ensure the primer penetrates on to the substrate properly

CERA POLYCURE R is an acrylic resin based curing compound that when applied on freshly poured concrete, forms a seamless film and prevents the evaporation of moisture from the capillaries of concrete to ensure a proper hydration process. The film formed helps in retaining sufficient moisture in the concrete to ensure full hydration of the cement which helps in attaining optimum strength development.

SHELF LIFE

Shelf life is 12 months in the sealed packing between +5°Cand +25°C. Shelf life of opened packing is limited. Keep ina dry and cool place in sealed packing.

CERA MOULD RELEASE - W is an economical concentrated mould release agent which is supplied as a water Soluble emulsion to be applied to the interiors of moulds/shutters to facilitate easy removal of shuttering or mouldhardened concrete.

SHELF LIFE

Store CERA MOULD RELEASE AGENT - W in a cool& dry place away from fire and direct sunlight. It can bestored for a minimum of 1 year when stored in originalsealed containers.

CERA MOULD RELEASE AGENT - M is an ideal and efficient material to be applied to the interiors of moulds/shutters to facilitate easy removal of shuttering or mould from hardened concrete.
