Brand | CERA |
Packaging Type | Drum |
Application | Constructions |
Packaging Size | 20 Kg |
Shelf Life | 3 Months |
Flexural Strength | 25 N/mm2 |
Type | Resin Mortar |
Tensile Strength | 12 N/mm2 |
Advantages:
- Excellent bond strength
- Stronger than concrete
- Resistant to Oil, Grease and Chemicals
- Quick and easy to use
- Versatile in nature
- Wide range applications
- Highly dense which makes it impermeable
Function:
- The polyester resin reacts with cementitious hardener by way of polymerisation process to form a quicksetting, non-expansive system having excellent mechanical properties like high compressive, flexural and tensile strength which is abrasion resistant and also chemical resistant.
Uses:
- Cera Polymortar-PE is ideal for high strength and for quick reinstatement of concrete.
- Cera Polymortar-PE can be used for bedding, jointing and profiling of concrete and also for general repairs.
- Cera Polymortar-PE facilitates jointing between precast units, fixing tiles, cladding, etc.
- Cera Polymortar-PE is ideal for patching pot holes in industrial floors, for levelling the runway damaged areas, etc.
- Cera Polymortar-PE is suitable for fertilizer plants, wharves, jetties and also in Chemical laboratory repairs.
- Cera Polymortar-PE aids in repairing of damaged concrete in precast units, stair treads, kerbs, manhole covers, door and window frames etc.
Method Of Application:
- Surface Preparation:
- The adhesion of Cera Polymortar-PE film is greatly impaired if the surface is not prepared thoroughly. The surfaces must be dry and free from moisture, dust, oil, loose particles and laitence in order to achieve maximum benefit out of Cera Polymortar-PE.
Mixing:
- Mix the hardener powder slowly by stirring thoroughly to the required quantity of resin till a uniform consistency is obtained. Placing should be done within the gel time, workability decreases with increase in temperature. Ensure a smooth, even consistency of the grout before placing.
Placing:
- In the case of dense substrates, before Cera Polymortar-PE application, priming is required using resin only or with resin and hardner in flowable grade to ensure surface is completely wetted out.
- Cera Polymortar-PE single layer can be applied upto a thickness of 20mm; if thickness more than 20mm is required, layer by layer application has to be followed after 3.5 hours of completion of each layer.
Storage:
- Cera Polymortar-PE will retain its properties for atleast 3 months when kept in the original packing. Storage at low temperature extends shelf life.

Product Brochure
Product Details:
Application | Constructions |
Packaging Size | Upto 25 Kg |
Brand | CERA |
Colour | Grey / White |
Supply form | Powder |
Advantages:
- Excellent crack filling ability
- Non-shrink and flexible
- Resists further crack growth
- Patches shrinkage cracks in plaster
- Can be stained or over coated
Function:
- The Polymer modified cementitious system, by virtue of its polymeric reaction as well as cement hydration produces a strong and dense system, which performs well in tension than conventional cement-sand mortar. Thus, the cracking tendency is further reduced.
Uses:
- Cera Poly Crackfiller fills cracks in masonry, concrete and plaster.
- Cera Poly Crackfiller can be used as an external rendering coat to even out surfaces.
- Cera Poly Crackfiller gives a clean appearance to cracked surfaces.
- Cera Poly Crackfiller minimizes further risk of cracking.
Method Of Use:
- Develop the cracks to 6mm deep V - grooves. Clean grooves using wire brush and sprinkle water. Mix 3-4 parts of crackfiller with one part of water to obtain a consistent paste. Apply with a suitable putty blade. After this has set, polishing with emery paper is recommended. For renders, apply the paste to around 3mm thickness.
Coverage:
- 40 Rm / Kg to fill a V - groove of 6mm depth. 3 Sq.ft. / Kg for 3mm thick render.

Product Details:
Material | Mortar |
Application | Constructions |
Packaging Size | Upto 25 Kg |
Shelf Life | 12 Months in Tightly Sealed Bag |
Brand | CERA |
Advantages:
- Single component and easy to use.
- Provides a smooth surface finish.
- Excellent adhesion to most surfaces.
- Suitable for horizontal and vertical application.
- Non-shrinking.
- Extended working time up to minutes
Method Of Application:
- Surface Preparation
- The adhesion of Cera Polymortar is greatly impaired if the surface is not prepared thoroughly. The surfaces must be dry and free from moisture, dust, oil, loose particles and laitance in order to achieve maximum benefit out of Cera Polymortar
Mixing:
- Depending on the consistency desired, add 8 – 9 liters of clean water per 50 kg bag of Cera Polymortar. The powder should be slowly added to the water and mixed until a homogeneous, lump- free mortar is obtained. Mechanical mixing at low speeds (300- 400 RPM) is recommended for best results. Do not over mix or add water more than recommended.
Placing:
- Before application of Cera Polymortar, the surface shall be made damp and after removing excess water a bonding coat of Cera
- Latex SBR or Cerabond EP shall be applied depending on the type of the repair. The mixed material shall be poured on to the surface and finished using gloved hand or mason’s tools. When repairing an RCC structure, if the reinforcement is corroded the same shall be replaced or protected by using Cera Zinc ZR.
- Cera Polymortar in single layer can be applied from 5 – 15 mm thickness. If the thickness of repair is more than 15mm the same shall be done in layers allowing sufficient time between each layer. Proper keying shall be provided by roughing the surface before it sets. For horizontal surfaces, up to 50mm can be built up at one go.
Limitations:
- Do not use if substrate temperature is below 7°C or if rain or freezing conditions are expected in the proceeding 24 hours after application. Do not over water; excessive amounts of water will weaken the material and reduce its durability.
Coverage:
- Coverage rate is dependent on the width and depth of the area to be patched. The coverage rate is approximately 1.75 kg/sq m/mm of thickness
Curing:
- Cera Polymortar is self-curing and does not require moisture curing. On extremely hot weather ensure that the water content is not evaporated by covering the repaired area with polythene sheets and wet sacks.
Cleaning:
- Tools and equipment should be cleaned promptly with clean fresh water
Shelf Life:
- 12 months in tightly sealed bags
