Function:
- Ceraplast 400 disperses cement particles more rapidly in the concrete mix by reducing the surface tension of water and imparting repelling charges to the ions in the solution. This makes the concrete highly workable and flowable even at lower water-cement ratio, resulting in increased strength.
Uses:
- Ceraplast 400 is very advantageous for pre-cast concrete constructions and for concrete sleepers, electric posts and for pre-stressed concrete constructions.
- Ceraplast 400 is a proven performance enhancer for paver blocks and decorative cement tiles by early removal of form work and improving dispersion and sheen of pigment.
- Ceraplast 400 facilitates concrete placement especially werethere is congestion of reinforcement and vibration is not easy.
- Ceraplast 400 is ideal for pre-stressed bridge girders of large spans
- Ceraplast 400 increases durability of concrete structures, as it is possible to produce high strength concrete with low water cement ratio. Hence it is ideal for marine / coastal structures, especially in tidal zones.
- Ceraplast 400 when incorporated into the concrete mix, it improves its workability without air entrainment due to its excellent dispersion characteristics. The uniform dispersion ensures better homogeneity of the mix and minimizes the risk of segregation during placement.
Method Of Use:
- Ceraplast 400 is directly added into the mix at the same time as the gauging water. Reduce water dosages for required consistency.
Compatibility:
- Ceraplast 400 can be used with all types of Portland cement including blended cements, sulphate resistant cement and white
- Cement. Ceraplast 400 should not be pre-mixed with other admixtures.

- The ultimate compressive strength can be enhanced by up to 25% by proper mix design with Ceraplast 400.
Recommended Dosage:
- 0.3% to 1.5% Ceraplast 400 by weight of cement. Maximum dosage may have to be increased to as high as 2% of cement weight where exceptionally high strength is required. Suitable modifications in the mix design is required in such cases.
Shelf Life:
- Practically unlimited in sealed original containers. However, it is advisable to use within 12 months from the date of manufacturing

Function:
- Ceraplast 300 - RS(G) is a high performance new generation superplasticizer cum retarding admixture which lowers the surface tension of water and makes cement particles hydrophilic, resulting in excellent dispersion as well as controls the setting of concrete, depending on dosage. This increases the workability of concrete drastically and also facilitates excellent retention of workability. The workability offered at a lower water-cement ratio eliminates chances of bleeding and increased workability retention allows increased travel time.
Uses:
- Ceraplast 300 - RS (G) has excellent slump retention properties (based on dosage) and hence is a recommended admixture when concrete is to be transported over long distances.

Function:
- Cera Microseal is a superior cement modifier, modified with selected co-polymers.
